Meet Julie Blake

Julie Blake is a serial entrepreneur with 35 years of lived experience in the trenches. She launched her first business at 21, pulling in six figures in the pre-internet era through pure hustle and grit — and later sold it, having “mastered” what she calls the perfect system for creating chaos and overwhelm.

Depending on who you ask, that system might have been titled:
• 1001 Ways to Create Under Pressure (Without Dying… Probably)
• How to Scale Chaos, Stress, and Overwhelm in 10 Easy Steps
• The Exhaustion Accelerator: Grow Faster by Burning Out Better
• Overwhelm for Overachievers: The Deluxe Edition

What she carried forward was the real gold: wisdom you can’t learn from a book.

In 2007, while attending Byron Katie’s School for The Work, Julie experienced something extraordinary in its simplicity — a quiet mind. For a full day, the inner noise — the judgment, the critic, the constant commentary — simply stopped. Even when faced with what she believed was her greatest fear, rejection, she saw clearly that it was only a story she’d been telling herself.

That realization changed everything. From that moment on, she stopped spending precious energy wrestling with “how life should be” and began to meet reality as it truly was — discovering that reality is far kinder than the stories we make up about it.

For the past two decades, Julie has worked internationally as a transformational and business coach, guiding visionaries, creators, and leaders through the loops that keep them stuck in overdrive. Her unique perspective revealed what she calls the Fear Matrix — the spell of seriousness that keeps brilliance from breathing.

Beneath it all runs her mythos of Fun Deficit Disorder — because too much seriousness is the real epidemic. Her cure? Parody, curiosity, and a healthy dose of neuroscience that proves play isn’t fluff; it’s the power switch for creativity, connection, and change.

Her one-on-one work isn’t a program — it’s a portal.

Transformation isn’t a service; it’s a remembering. In this sacred, light-hearted container, the work moves beneath goals into the essence itself — the creative core where freedom and authenticity are reborn.

Julie works privately, by referral, with those who feel the resonance of this work and are ready to let what’s been hidden finally come alive.

If you feel called, reach out to begin a conversation.
